GUIDELINES AND POLICIES FOR MEMBERSHIP AND RENEWAL

Yearly Dues (After First Year)

All active members are required to pay the following annually:

  • Category:

    • Silver – ₱500

    • Gold – ₱750

    • Black elite – ₱1000

  • Insurance Option:

    • Category 1 - ₱160

    • Category 2 – ₱ 315

    • Category 3 – ₱800 

Membership Benefits

All members, regardless of category, are entitled to the following:

  • Club Insurance Coverage

  • Official MPMC Membership ID (2 Years Validity)

  • Club Jersey (included upon initial membership only)

  • Access to Club Activities, Rides, and Events

  • Brotherhood & Support within the Riding Community

  • MPMC Annual Raffle (Upon the discretion of the founder)

  • Road Assistance during MPMC-Initiated Rides and Activities

Key Points of Justification

1. Membership as a Lifelong Bond

  • Once a rider becomes part of MPMC, he is recognized as a member of the brotherhood.

  • As we uphold our identity and unity:
    “Once a MAHARLIKAN Rider, will always be a MAHARLIKAN Rider.”

2. Curtailment of Privileges, Not Dis-Membership

  • Failure to settle yearly dues will not be grounds for removal from membership.

  • However, such members will temporarily lose access to MPMC benefits and privileges until dues are paid.

3. Good Standing Recognition

  • Members who regularly pay their Yearly Dues + Insurance will be recognized as Members in Good Standing.

  • Only members in good standing can fully avail of:

    • Insurance coverage

    • Official MPMC ID (2 years Validity)

    • Annual raffle eligibility

    • Road assistance during MPMC-initiated rides, events, and activities

    • Participation in exclusive MPMC activities and events

4. Fairness and Sustainability

  • This system balances fairness and inclusivity. Members remain part of MPMC regardless of payment status, while those who consistently contribute ensure the sustainability of benefits and activities.

  • Membership in MPMC is permanent once conferred. Yearly dues are a condition for enjoying MPMC privileges, not for retaining membership status.
  • Members who settle their Yearly Dues + Insurance shall be recognized as Members with Good standing, entitled to all benefits and privileges of MPMC.
